Tercero Tablada Civil & Structural Engineering Inc. is a structural engineering practice serving Miami-Dade and Broward. We engineer new reinforced-concrete buildings and evaluate the ones already standing — with the reasoning behind every conclusion written down.

Two kinds of work run through this practice, and they inform each other. Designing new structures teaches you what fails in the field; inspecting buildings that have been standing for decades teaches you what to detail differently the next time.
Our method is model-first. Structure is modelled, coordinated and documented as one connected source of truth, checked against the design basis, so that the design that gets permitted is the design that gets built.
On existing buildings the same discipline applies in reverse: the building is field-verified before it is analyzed, and nothing is concluded from a drawing that has not been confirmed on site.

Tercero Tablada Civil & Structural Engineering Inc. is a structural practice built around direct engineering accountability. The engineer who sets the design basis is the engineer who reviews the drawings and answers the questions that come back from the field.
That is the whole operating model: no anonymous hand-offs between a proposal and a drawing set, and no work released that has not been read line by line.
