Our team brings combined experience of more than 30 years across high-rise, commercial, and residential structures. We know ACI 318, the Florida Building Code, the Miami-Dade recertification program, Broward’s Building Safety Inspection Program (BSIP), and the SB-4-D milestone-inspection requirements — and we guide owners and associations through them with clarity.
