Request a proposal

Tell us about the building. We reply with a scope.

Describe the project, the building or the notice you received — and attach whatever you already have. The engineer reads every request and replies with questions or with a written proposal.

Request a proposal

Tell us about what you own, what you are planning or what you received. The more specific the description, the more precise the proposal.

Attachments optional

Municipal notice, photographs or drawings. PDF, images, DWG, DXF or ZIP — up to 25 MB each, five files.

The proposal is free. Every inquiry is read and answered by the engineer, not by a call center — usually within two hours.

Submitting this form does not create a professional engineering relationship. We use your details and files only to respond to this request.

Descriptions on this site are general. The scope, sequence and deliverables for any specific building are confirmed in writing before work begins, and requirements vary by jurisdiction.

    How it works

What to send, and what happens next.

    • If you have the noticeA photo of the letter taken with your phone is enough to start. Attach it to the form above or send it by WhatsApp; there is no need to scan it or to type out what it says. What we look for first is which office sent it and the dates it gives.
    • If no notice has come yetSend the address of the building and one date: in Miami-Dade, the year it was built; in Broward, the year of its certificate of occupancy. Each county counts a building’s age from that record, so with it we can tell you what applies to yours before a letter arrives.
    • For any other building or projectSay what the building is, where it is and what you need: an assessment, a repair design, the structure of a new building, or a second look at a design by others. Drawings, photographs and earlier reports are welcome, and none of them is required.
    • After you send itWhen there is a notice, the engineer first reads what your Building Official is asking for. The answer is a set of questions or a written proposal that says what the work includes, what it leaves out, what you will receive and what it costs. Nothing begins until you have agreed to it.
    • By phone, WhatsApp or emailThe form is not the only way in. Call the number on this page, write to it on WhatsApp and send the photo of the notice there, or put the same details in an email.
    • Where, and in which languageWe work in Miami-Dade and Broward, in every city of both counties — from Miami, Hialeah and Coral Gables to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Pompano Beach. Tell us the city, or that the building is outside city limits: that decides which office sends the notice and receives the report. The form and this site are in English and in Spanish; write in whichever is easier for you.
