Municipal notice, photographs or drawings. PDF, images, DWG, DXF or ZIP — up to 25 MB each, five files.

    • After you send itWhen there is a notice, the engineer first reads what your Building Official is asking for. The answer is a set of questions or a written proposal with the scope: what the work includes, what it leaves out, what you will receive and what it costs — for a recertification or a BSIP, a fixed fee. Nothing begins until you have agreed to it.
    • Where, and in which languageWe work in Miami-Dade and Broward, in every city of both counties — from Miami, Hialeah and Coral Gables to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Pompano Beach. Tell us the city, or that the building is outside city limits: that decides which office sends the notice and receives the report. The form and this site are in English and in Spanish; write in whichever is easier for you.
